Virtual Auction Series Raises $12,880

daydigginsnichole

Throughout the month of October, HealthFinders Collaborative (HFC) hosted its first-ever virtual silent auction series to raise support for the organization’s life-changing work. In place of our annual in-person gala, the virtual auction series allowed HFC to still be able to offer auction items gifted to us for the gala by generous donors. We are excited to announce that the virtual auction series raised $12,880 in support of our commitment to address and eliminate health inequities in Rice County. This outstanding show of support exceeded our original goal by over $7,000! Each week during the virtual auction, in addition to auction items, we offered a different fund-a-need giving option for donors who preferred to focus their giving dollars on a specific area of need within our community. The fund-a-need areas of focus included the following HFC programs:

  1. In-School Mental Health Services

  2. Medication Assistance program

  3. Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, which helps those impacted by opiate use disorder

  4. Food Security program Because of the community’s generosity, these vital services will continue to meet our patients’ needs. Thank you to those who donated to our fund-a-need programs!

Your Support Makes a DifferenceFrom those who donated special items – like handmade goods, fun gift baskets, trips, and experiences – to those who so generously bid on these items, we thank you for your support!

Lead SponsorsA special shoutout to the lead sponsors who helped make our virtual auction series possible by offering major contributions in support of our mission:
