This year, coming together matters more than ever. When we gather, we demonstrate that access to care is a priority in our community and that we stand behind one another and the systems that support us. It takes $1.5 million in community support each year to keep HealthFinders’ care steady and accessible across Rice and Steele counties. 

 

More than 400 neighbors will gather to share a meal, hear stories of impact, and celebrate what we make possible together. Each year this room fills with people who believe our community should have access to care — and being in that room matters.
