To our HealthFinders Community,

We are heartbroken, frustrated, and angry about the disaster unfolding in our community due to the violent attacks on immigrants, their families, and so many others in our community. We want to be clear: We are standing with all of you, and we are here to support your health and well-being through it all. 

To ensure everyone remains safe while still getting the care they need, we are making a few changes to how we operate right now: 

• Your safety comes first. We are advising that you do not leave your house if you do not feel safe doing so. Your physical safety and peace of mind are the most important things right now. 

• We are open in, with extra safety measures. For the safety of everyone inside, our clinic doors will be locked, as are all interior doors. We have protocols to ensure only patients and their guests can enter the facility. If you do come to the clinic, a staff member will meet you at the door to let you in.   

• Call or text us for anything. We have dedicated extra staff to our phone lines to ensure we can answer your questions quickly and provide support. Home delivery of medications, grocery trips, supplies – if you need anything at all, please reach out. Call 507-323-8100 or text 507-419-9505. 

• Virtual visits and rescheduling. If you cannot make it in person, we may be able to see you virtually, or in other safe community spaces. If you need to cancel or reschedule, it will not affect your care with us at all. However, it is extremely helpful if you let us know so we can offer that time to someone else. Use the numbers above to reach us. 

• Additional Programs. Please look for additional programming in the coming days and weeks to support us all in navigating this crisis.  

• Closing on January 23. We will be closed on January 23rd to support the statewide Day of Truth and Freedom economic blackout. We encourage you to do what you can to make your voice heard while prioritizing your safety. Together, we are stronger than this.
