 We’re excited to give you a first look at our new space in Owatonna—finished ahead of schedule and built in partnership with Oak Hills Community Connections to better serve our community. 

This new clinic brings medical, dental, and mental health care closer to home for more people. It was designed with patients in mind—more space, more privacy, and more services, all in one welcoming location.
