Paving the Way at HealthFinders Collaborative

Are you (or someone you know) pregnant or newly parenting? Do you have concerns about adjusting to life with a new baby while still caring for yourself? Are you worried about how to get it all done while either taking care of a newborn or your pregnancy? Paving the way can help by providing parenting support, referrals, lactation, and specific medical help with other conditions, like managing your diabetes and/or hypertension and more. 

With the support of Allina Health and UCare, HealthFinders is supporting local partners to provide Paving the Way Program – a culturally sensitive and inclusive FREE support program for women in Rice County who are pregnant, or newly parenting. Whether you are living with diabetes or hypertension, or might benefit from in-home support during this process, this program is for you.

This free 16-week culturally relevant, and inclusive support program is available to women in Rice County who are pregnant or newly parenting. Services are conveniently provided in the comfort of your home, are confidential, and available in English, Spanish or Somali.
