HealthFinders’ Community Engagement Team goes beyond traditional healthcare. They connect with people in schools, neighborhoods, and even outside in nature!
The goal is to build trust, listen to patients and community leaders, and make sure the community helps guide HealthFinders’ work.
In 2024, the team worked to make a difference, and they’re planning even more for 2025. One key goal for next year is bringing back Convivios. These are community conversations where people talk about important health topics and find helpful resources.
The team also wants to improve their surveys to learn how HealthFinders' programs are helping. By listening to the community, they can keep getting better and meeting people’s needs.
