Here is information about our clinic hours of operation, medication assistance, how to fill out unemployment forms and how to check in for your video visit.
Our clinics are running as usual with a few important changes
Our medical clinics remain open. We are here for anyone who needs us, and we are focused on your urgent and ongoing, regular needs. We will review if we might be able to accomplish your visits virtually (via the phone or video chat) – however, we are here if you need to visit us in the clinic. We may also be contacting you to reschedule wellness visits for later in the year. If you are experiencing COVID-19-like symptoms, such as fever, shortness of breath, or a dry cough, please call ahead at 507.323.8100 so we can help you get the right help as soon as possible.

Sterling Pharmacy / Medication Assistance Update
Our pharmacy partner Sterling Pharmacy is closed to the public, offering drive-thru pickup at its Faribault location and pre-arranged curbside pickup at its Northfield location only. They are not accepting cash, and all prescriptions must be paid for via credit card over the phone or at the drive-thru only. HFC is waiving all co-pays for HFC patients until further notice. If you have questions about this or need assistance, please call us at 507.323.8100
Unemployment Navigation Advocacy Support
During these unprecedented times, we understand that many community members are being laid off from employment, which leads to difficulty navigating things such as unemployment applications, paperwork, and insurance. Our advocacy team is here for you. Depending on your needs, we can support you through an in-person appointment, or we may be able to assist via phone. Please call us at 507.323.8100, so we can determine how we can best help.
HealthFinders Collaborative is monitoring developments closely and is in close constant communication with partners at the Minnesota Department of Health, and working hard to be part of a coordinated local response. Keeping our community, staff, and partners safe and informed are our top priorities.
We will continue to update this page as things develop, and will post updates via social media.
