Human Resources Specialist - part time
The Human Resource Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the HR functions of HFC. This position is responsible for a range of tasks related to operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties.
Staff Dentist -
full time or part time
The Staff Dentist will help lead continued expansion of services and provide continuity of care for our patients. This unique role will also collaborate with our highly experienced team of volunteer dentists for consultations, mentorship, and coverage.
Director of Development
The Director of Development will be a key organizational leader as we build an inclusive community of patients, staff, volunteers, donors, and partners. This position is charged with growing contributed revenue and raising $6 million over the next five years by building and refining our giving programs.
School-Based Therapist
This position will work in the capacity of a mental health therapist offering clinical and
preventative intervention services to individuals within the Latinx and Somali community, in both school- and clinic-based settings.
Dental Therapist
The Advanced Dental Therapist must possess the ability to access, perform and reinforce oral health care of patients and support communicated diagnostic dental treatment needs through HealthFinders Collaborative Dentist's treatment plan and standard of care.
