School-Based Therapist
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of students and their families? Join our dynamic team as a School-Based Therapist at our culturally responsive, nonprofit integrated care clinic. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across education, substance use treatment and harm reduction services, as well as the medical and dental fields, both in the clinic and within the school setting.

Staff Dentist -
full time or part time
The Staff Dentist will help lead continued expansion of services and provide continuity of care for our patients. This unique role will also collaborate with our highly experienced team of volunteer dentists for consultations, mentorship, and coverage.

Human Resources Specialist - part time
The Human Resource Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the HR functions of HFC. This position is responsible for a range of tasks related to operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties.

Recovery Outreach Coordinator
The Recovery Outreach Coordinator will work to identify and support individuals struggling with substance use disorder (SUD) to help them overcome barriers and move further down the path towards recovery. The coordinator will coordinate services, provide support, and meet people where they are, to promote wellness and recovery.

Dental Therapist
The Advanced Dental Therapist must possess the ability to access, perform and reinforce oral health care of patients and support communicated diagnostic dental treatment needs through HealthFinders Collaborative Dentist's treatment plan and standard of care.
