HealthFinders patients can now sign up to receive text updates

HealthFinders now has a system for patients to opt-in for text updates to receive appointment reminders and other clinic updates. To sign up, simply text ‘Enroll’ to 507-419-9505 and reply ‘Yes’ to opt-in to receive text messages from HFC. Or scan the QR code and complete and submit the form.
