date, more than 150 people have volunteered their expertise to
provide primary care services at HealthFinders. Many more have
been
involved in administrative projects or in organizing the annual
fundraising gala and other fundraising work. Thanks to all those who have donated their precious time and expertise to the collaborative. HealthFinders wouldn't be possible without you. Please see below for ways to become involved with HealthFinders.
